Terms & Conditions

Creative Photo “Rezeki Raya Bersama” Contest Terms & Conditions:

Eligibility:

1. The Creative Photo “Rezeki Raya Bersama” Contest (“Contest”) is organised by LYC Mall Sdn. Bhd. (“Organiser”) and shall be held from 10^th March 2025 to 13^th April 2025 (“Contest Period”) subject to the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”).

2. The Organiser may at its sole and absolute discretion extend the Contest Period at any time without any prior notice (“Extended Period”). Unless an Extended Period is announced, any entries received after the last day of the Contest Period (due to any reason whatsoever) shall be disqualified. Any participation in the Contest during the Extended Period (if any) shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions whichever applicable.

3. The contestants must be citizens or permanent residents of Malaysia and above the age of eighteen (18) years with a valid National Registration Identification Card (NRIC) number (12-digit) or Army Number/ Police Number/ Passport Number at the time of participation in the Contest.

4. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the said Contest:
a. Permanent and/or contract employees of the Organiser (including its subsidiaries and related companies) including their respective immediate family members namely,  parents, spouses, children and siblings; and
b. Representatives and/or agents (including advertising agents and contest management agents) of the Organiser including their respective immediate family members namely, parents, spouses, children and siblings.

The Contest & Submission:
5.0 All contestants are required to complete the following steps to participate in the Contest:

Step 1

Snap a creative photo within the designated spot at Plaza Low Yat’s Hari Raya decoration at Concourse (Ground Floor Level).

Step 2

Like and follow Plaza Low Yat’s official social media page (Facebook or Instagram).

Step 3

Upload the photo to own Facebook or Instagram account, include hashtag #PlazaLowYat, #iMotorbike, #RezekiRayaBersama in the post caption; tag 3 friends & set the post to public.

5.1 Contestants may post up as many photos as they wish. One (1) valid posting is equivalent to One (1) entry. The higher the number of entries submitted, the higher the chances of winning. Incomplete, incorrect or ineligible entries are automatically disqualified.

5.2 Completed Entry/ Entries must be posted up before 11:59pm, on 13^th April 2025 or the last day of the Extended Period (if any).

5.3 The Organiser will not be held liable for Entry/Entries that are not received, damaged or lost during delivery process. These Entry/Entries shall be considered void.

5.4 The Organiser reserves the absolute right to reject Entry/Entries at its sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reason whatsoever.

Prizes:

6.0 The prizes for the Contest are as follows:

• 1 x Benelli Imperiale 400 (2020) Motorcycle (Grand Prize)
• 5 x RM200 Plaza Low Yat Cash Voucher (Redeemable at selected stores in Plaza Low Yat)

6.1 Each contestant is entitled to win one (1) Prize only in respect of the Contest. Prizes shall be collected within two (2) weeks after the announcement of the winners as stated below (“Deadline”).

6.2 The grand prize (Benelli Imperiale 400 (2020) Motorcycle) must be collected in person from the iMotorbike’s Head Quarters showroom located at 12, Jalan Perpustakawan U1/62, Kawasan Perindustrian Temasya 40150, Shah Alam, Selangor, unless advised otherwise, no later than two (2) weeks after winner announcement has been made. Identification via NRIC, or valid passport, which displays the full name and a photograph of the winner will be required.

6.3 The cash vouchers must be collected in person from the Organiser’s office located at Lot 4-008, Level 4, Plaza Low Yat, No. 7, Jalan Bintang, Off Jalan Bukit Bintang, Bukit Bintang Central, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, unless advised otherwise,within the Deadline. Failing which, the said grand prize will be forfeited. Identification via NRIC, or passport, which displays the full name and a photograph of the Winner will be required.

6.4 Only contestants who fulfill the Contest requirements as stated above shall be eligible to win any of the Prizes. Incomplete entries and/or Participants who failed to fulfill the said Contest requirements will automatically be disqualified from the Contest without notice.

6.5 The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any of the Prizes with that of similar value at any time at its absolute discretion without prior notice and all Prizes are non-transferable to another individual and absolutely non-negotiable.

6.6 In the event, for any reason whatsoever, any of the winners is unable to collect his/her prize within the Deadline, such prize shall be forfeited and the Organiser shall not be liable to reimburse or compensate such winner. The Organiser shall not be obliged to give any extension notice of the Deadline (if any), any decision to extend shall be at the absolute discretion of the Organiser).

6.7 All Prizes are given on an “As Is” basis and are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash, credit, other items or voucher, in part or in full. Road tax, motor insurance and/or other necessary documents that are required to legally register the Benelli Imperiale 400 (2020) Motorcycle are at winner’s own cost and expense.

6.8 The Organiser makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to any of the Prizes and shall not be responsible nor liable for any problems and/or damage there to or arising there from.

6.9 All winners’ will be announced on Plaza Low Yat’s social media pages within one (1) month after the Contest Period / Extension Period (if any) ends (‘Notification Period”), and such winners’ will be notified via Facebook or Instagram Direct Message. In the event that any of the Winners did not receive any notification from the Organiser during the said stipulated time period, such winner is required to contact the Organiser via Facebook or Instagram Direct Message within one (1) week from the end of the Notification Period, failing which, his/her Prize will be forfeited. The Organiser reserves the right to use any other method or medium it deems fit at its sole and absolute discretion for the purpose of announcing the winners.

6.10 The Organiser shall not be held liable in the event the Winners cannot be contacted for whatever reasons after at least three (3) attempts over three (3) days to collect their respective prizes.

6.11 The Organiser reserves the rights but not obliged to appoint a third party to conduct the verification of winners and to fulfill the delivery of prizes. All winners shall agree that the Organiser may provide all necessary information of Winners to such third party to facilitate such service.

6.12 The judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence/dispute in respect of the same will be entertained.

6.13 The Organiser reserves the rights to forfeit the prize of any winner who does not provide the required details wherever stipulated in these Terms and Conditions.

6.14 Notwithstanding items 6.2 and 6.3 above, under special circumstances and subject to the absolute discretion of the Organiser, a winner may nominate a designated representative to collect the Prize. The representative will be required to present a written authorisation letter from the Winner and photocopy of Winner’s NRIC (front & back).

6.15 All Prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the winner concerned, and the Organiser excludes all warranties in connection with any Prize to the extent permitted by law.

6.16 In the event that any of the Winners chooses not to accept his/her Prize, they therefore forfeit any and all claims to that Prize, which shall thereafter be dealt with by the Organiser as it deems appropriate at its absolute discretion.

6.17 In the event the Organiser has a prize giving ceremony, each winner is required to attend at his/her own cost and expense to collect his/her Prize. In the event any of the winners is not able to attend the prize giving ceremony, such winner must nominate a representative to be present at the prize giving ceremony to accept the prize on his/her behalf otherwise the Organizer shall re-select the winners. The representative will be required to present a written authorization letter from the Winner and photocopy of Winner’s NRIC (front & back).

Other Terms & Conditions:

7.0 Contestants and Winners shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, damage, claim or accidents [including death] resulting from their participation in the Contest, redemption and/or utilisation of the respective prizes and agree to release and hold the Organiser and its Prize partners free and harmless of any liability.

7.1 All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in the Contest and to redeem the Prize is the sole responsibility of the Contestant(s) and/or Winner(s).

7.2 The Organiser shall reserve the rights to use the names and/or photographs of the Contestants and other personal details (if any) as materials for the purposes of advertising, trade and/or publicity, without any prior notice to or consent from the Contestants. The Contestants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the said materials.

7.3 The Organiser reserves the absolute right to change, amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

7.4 By participating in this Contest, Contestants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the Contest as herein stated and the decision of the Organiser.

Cabutan Sampul Raya Terms & Conditions:

1. Event Period: 10 March 2025 to 13 April 2025, organised by LYC Mall Sdn. Bhd. (“Organiser”).
2. Minimum spending of RM 50 in a single receipt is required to be entitled to a draw for a voucher redeemable at selected outlets at Plaza Low Yat only. For spending of RM100 and above in a single receipt, only a maximum of 2 draws are allowed.
3. Only official receipts from outlets at Plaza Low Yat, Federal Arcade, The Federal Kuala Lumpur and Hotel Capitol are accepted.
4. All draws shall be made within the Event Period as stipulated above. Any late participation will not be entertained. Notwithstanding the said Event Period, eligible participants are advised to draw soonest possible as the drawing is on a first come, first served basis in view of the limited number of vouchers.
5. Official receipts along with purchased item(s) must be presented at the Plaza Low Yat information counter located at Ground Floor concourse area.
6. The Organiser reserves the right to verify all receipts and purchase(s) made by eleigible shoppers/participants before allowing them to draw.
7. The Organiser reserves the right to reject any receipts which Do NOT follow or abide with the terms and conditions hereinstated without any prior notice.
8. All vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. By participating in the draw, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements set out in any related promotional material and all amendments, additions, replacements, modifications, as may be made from time to time by the Organiser (as the case may be).
10. The Organiser reserves the right to amend and change the draw’s terms at its sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice.
11. In the event of a dispute, the Organiser’s decision is final and binding.

Sampul Raya Redemption Terms & Conditions:

1. Redemption period: 10 March 2025 to 13 April 2025.
2. A minimum spending of RM 50 in a single receipt is required to be entitled to an Exclusive Plaza Low Yat Sampul Raya (5 pieces per packet). For spending of RM100 and above in a single receipt, only a maximum of 2 packets will be given.
3. Only official receipts from outlets at Plaza Low Yat, Federal Arcade, The Federal KL and Hotel Capitol are accepted.
4. Redemption must be made within the Redemption Period as stipulated above. Any late redemption will not be entertained. Notwithstanding the said Event Period, eligible shoppers are advised to redeem the said packet(s) soonest possible as the same is given on a first come, first served basis in view of the limited number of packets.
5. Official receipts along with purchased item(s) must be presented for redemption at Plaza Low Yat information counter located at Ground Floor concourse area.
6. The Organiser reserves the right to verify all purchase(s) made by eligible shoppers before giving the packet(s) to them.
7. The Organiser reserves the right to reject any receipts which Do NOT follow or abide with the terms and conditions herein stated without any prior notice.
8. The packet(s) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. By participating in the redemption, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements set out in any related promotional material and all amendments, additions, replacements, modifications, as may be made from time to time by the Organiser (as the case may be).
10. The Organiser reserves the right to amend and change the redemption’s terms, mechanics and/or redemption item(s) at its sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice.
11. In the event of a dispute, the Organiser’s decision is final and binding.
