How to join?

1. Step 1: Spend a minimum of RM 300 and above in a single or a maximum of two (2) combined receipts from any outlet, take your official receipt and queue up at the designated line!

2. Step 2: Show your official receipt to our friendly crew and draw a lot from our Flash Deal box, only 1 loot per person, and . . . 

3. Step 3: . . . the deal is yours ! You may purchase the drawn item at the specific stated price! Or not . . it’s your call! 

Flash Deals Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Overview

1.1 The Flash Deals campaign (“Campaign”) is part of the Low Yat Bukit Bintang Mega IT Fair at LYC Mall Sdn. Bhd.

1.2 Organised by LYC Mall Sdn. Bhd. (“Organiser”), this campaign offers shoppers the opportunity to purchase selected items at special prices determined by a lucky draw.

2. Participation Eligibility

2.1 Open to all shoppers at Low Yat Bukit Bintang on 29^th August 2026 (Saturday) & 30^th August 2026 (Sunday)

2.2 Participants must be aged 18 and above.

2.3  Participants who spend a minimum of RM300 in a single or maximum of two (2) combined receipts will be entitled to participate in the Flash Deals.

2.4  Only official receipts from outlets at Plaza Low Yat, Low Yat Park, Federal Arcade, The Federal Kuala Lumpur and Hotel Capitol are accepted.

2.5 Employees of LYC Mall Sdn Bhd, tenants of Low Yat Bukit Bintang, event organizers and vendors participating in the campaign are not eligible to join.

3. Campaign Period & Schedule

3.1 Lucky draw sessions will be held from 10AM, until the end of the event day or while stocks last.

3.2 The draw will be conducted at the designated Flash Deals booth at the ground floor of Plaza Low Yat, main concourse area.

4. Mechanism & Redemption Process

4.1 Shoppers must queue up at the designated booth.

4.2 Each eligible participant may draw only one (1) lot per session.

4.3 The item and corresponding purchase price indicated in the lot drawn will be final and

non-exchangeable.

4.4 The participant has the right to purchase only the item drawn at the specified price.

4.5 Redemption and payment must be made immediately upon drawing.

4.6 All items are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and subject to stock availability.

5. General Terms

5.1 The Organiser reserves the right to verify the identity of participants.

5.2 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant found tampering with or abusing the campaign mechanism.

5.3 The Organiser shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by participants during the event.

5.4 Flash deals items are not exchangeable for cash, non-refundable, and cannot be returned or exchanged for other items.

5.5 The Organiser will not be responsible for storage or safekeeping of uncollected items.

5.6 All decisions by the Organiser regarding the Campaign, including but not limited to the draw, item allocation, and pricing, are final and binding.

5.7 By participating, participants agree to the use of their personal details, photos and videos for promotional purposes without prior notice or compensation.

5.8 The Organiser reserves the right to amend or cancel the Campaign and its Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

6. Product Representation Disclaimer

6.1 Products advertised or displayed for the Flash Deals campaign are for illustration purposes only.

6.2 Actual items may vary in terms of design, colour, packaging, and specifications.

6.3 The Organiser and participating vendors make no guarantees that the items drawn will match the promotional visuals exactly.

6.4 No exchanges or refunds will be entertained based on differences in appearance or specifications.

Bid! Lah Tech Auction Terms & Conditions

1. General

1.1.      These Terms and Conditions govern the participation in the “Bid-Lah” campaign (“Campaign”) to be held as part of the Low Yat Bukit Bintang Mega IT Fair at Plaza Low Yat, Main Concourse, organised by LYC Mall Sdn. Bhd. (“Organiser”).

1.2.      By participating in the Campaign, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Live Auction

2.1.      The Live Auction for the Campaign will take place on 29^th August 2026 (Saturday) & 30^th August 2026 (Sunday) during the Low Yat Bukit Bintang Mega IT Fair, as announced by the Organiser.

2.2.      The Organiser reserves the right to change the said auction schedule at its sole discretion.

3. Eligibility

3.1.      The Campaign is open to individuals aged 18 years and above.

3.2.      Employees of LYC Mall Sdn Bhd and tenants of Low Yat Bukit Bintang are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.

4. Auction Mechanics

4.1.      All auction items will be clearly displayed and/or announced prior to bidding.

4.2.      The starting bid and minimum bid increments for each item will be determined by the organiser and are not negotiable.

4.3.      Bidders must register online prior to the event via the official registration platform provided by the Organiser. On the event day, all registered bidders are required to physically check in at the event venue and obtain a bidding number before participating. Last-minute participants (those who did not register online) may be allowed to join subject to availability and must complete on-site registration, agree to the auction terms, and obtain a bidding number before the auction for their intended item(s) begins. Admission for last-minute participants is at the sole discretion of the Organiser and may be limited due to capacity or administrative constraints.

4.4.      All bids are final. Once a bid is placed and accepted by the auctioneer, it cannot be withdrawn.

4.5.      The highest bidder, as determined by the auctioneer at the conclusion of each auction, shall be deemed the successful bidder and is obligated to purchase the item.
The bidder is NOT allowed to withdraw their bid once declared the successful bidder. Failure to complete the transaction may result in among others, blacklisting from the auction and/or future LYC Mall Sdn. Bhd. events, and/or legal action, at the sole discretion of the Organiser.

5. Payment and Item Collection

5.1.      Successful bidders must make full payment immediately after the bidding of the item concludes. Payment and collection must be completed before the next auction item begins (“Collection Period”), unless otherwise directed by the Organiser or auctioneer.

5.2.      Accepted payment methods include QR code payments and bank transfers, or other methods as specified at the venue.

5.3.      Item concerned must be collected on-site upon full payment, unless otherwise arranged with the Organiser.

5.4.      Failure to make payment and collect the item within the stipulated time will result in forfeiture of the item and the Organiser reserves the right to offer the item to the next highest bidder or re-auction the item.

5.5       All successful auction bids are final. Items are not exchangeable for cash, non-refundable, and cannot be returned or exchanged for other items.

5.6       The Organiser will not be responsible for storage or safekeeping of uncollected items beyond the Collection Period.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1.      The Organiser shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or injury arising from the participation in the Campaign or the use of any item won.

6.2.      All items auctioned are provided “as is” basis and without warranty unless otherwise granted.

7. Organiser’s Rights

7.1.      The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the auction event or any part of the Campaign without prior notice.

7.2.      The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the bidding process or violating any rules concerned.

8. Personal Data Protection

8.1.      Participants agree that their personal data collected during registration may be used for the purposes of conducting the Campaign and for marketing purposes, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia).

8.2.      Participants may request access to or correction of their personal data by contacting the Organiser at its management office at 4^th Floor, Plaza Low Yat.

9. Governing Law

9.1.      These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

9.2       By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia for the resolution of any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with this Campaign.

9.3       If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Malaysian law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Final Rights and Decisions

10.1.    The Organiser reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters related to the Campaign, including but not limited to auction procedures, participant eligibility, bid validity, and disputes.

10.2.    The Organiser also reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or revoke any transaction, purchase, or participation at its sole discretion, without prior notice or reason, especially in the event of suspected fraud, misconduct, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

10.3.    All decisions made by the Organiser and the auctioneer during the Campaign are final, conclusive, and binding. No appeals or further correspondence will be entertained.

Mega IT Fair 2026 – Balloon POP!

Balloon POP! Terms & Conditions

1. Activity Period

1.1     The Balloon Pop (“Activity”) is organised by LYC Mall Sdn. Bhd. (“Organiser”) and shall be held on 30^th August 2026 (Sunday) from 8pm onwards (“Activity Period”) subject to the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”).

1.2     The Organiser may at its sole and absolute discretion amend the Activity Period at any time without any prior notice (“Amended Period”). Unless an Amended Period is announced, any party who wants to participate after the commencement of the Activity (due to any reason whatsoever) shall not be permitted.

1.3     Any participation in the Activity during the Amended Period (if any) shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions whichever applicable.

2. Eligibility

2.1       The following persons are not eligible to participate in the said Contest:
a) Permanent and/or contract employees of the Organiser (including its subsidiaries and related companies) and its tenants including their respective immediate family members namely, parents, spouses, children and siblings; and
b) Representatives and/or agents (including advertising agents and contest management agents) of the Organiser including their respective immediate family members namely, parents, spouses, children and siblings.

2.2       All participants are required to be at Plaza Low Yat’s Concourse area at Ground Floor prior to the commencement of the Activity to participate.

3. Participation

3.1       The Organiser reserves the absolute right to reject participation(s) at its sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reason whatsoever.

3.2       Each participant is entitled to as many balloons they managed to grab and pop during the Activity and win the respective prizes stipulated therein.

3.3       Prizes shall be collected within the same day after the Activity (“Collection Period”).

4. Prizes

4.1       The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any of the Prizes with that of similar value at any time at its absolute discretion without prior notice.

4.2       All Prizes are non-transferable to another individual and absolutely non-negotiable.

4.3       In the event, for any reason whatsoever, any of the winners is unable to collect his/her prize within the same day, such prize shall be forfeited and the Organiser shall not be liable to       reimburse or compensate such winner.

4.4       The Organiser shall not be obliged to give any extension notice of the Collection Period (if any), any decision to extend shall be at the absolute discretion of the Organiser.

4.5       All Prizes are given on an “As Is” basis and are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash, credit, other items or voucher, in part or in full.

4.6       The Organiser makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to any of the Prizes and shall not be responsible nor liable for any problems and/or damage thereto or arising therefrom.

4.7       The Organiser reserves the rights to forfeit the prize of any winner who does not provide the required details wherever stipulated in these Terms and Conditions.

4.8       All Prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the winner concerned, and the Organiser excludes all warranties in connection with any Prize.

4.9       In the event that any of the Winners chooses not to accept his/her Prize, they therefore forfeit any and all claims to that Prize, which shall thereafter be dealt with by the Organiser as it deems appropriate at its absolute discretion.

5. Liability

5.1 Contestants and Winners shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, damage, claim or accidents [including death] resulting from their participation in the Activity, redemption and/or utilisation of the respective prizes.

5.2 Contestants and Winners agree to release and hold the Organiser and its Prize partners free and harmless of any liability.

6. Publicity

6.1       By participating, participants agree to the use of their personal details, photos and videos for promotional purposes without prior notice or compensation.

7. General

7.1       The Organiser reserves the absolute right to change, amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

7.2       By participating in this Campaign, participants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign as herein stated and the decision of the Organiser.
