Mega IT Fair 2025 – Flash Deal Terms & Conditions
1. Campaign Overview
1.1 The Spend & Enjoy Flash Deal campaign (“Campaign”) is part of the Mega IT Fair at LYC Mall Sdn. Bhd.
1.2 Organised by LYC Mall Sdn. Bhd. (“Organiser”), this campaign offers shoppers the opportunity to purchase selected items at special prices determined by a lucky draw.
2. Participation Eligibility
2.1 A minimum spend of RM 250 and above in a single or combined receipts at Plaza Low Yat, Low Yat Park, Federal Arcade, or Capitol Hotel is required to qualify for participation in the Mega IT Fair “Spend & Enjoy Flash Deals”.
2.2 Only official receipts are accepted for redemption. Reprinted receipts are not eligible. All official receipts must be presented at the “Spend & Enjoy Flash Deals” booth, Ground Floor Concourse, for verification and redemption.
2.3 Only purchases with official receipts dated 30th August 2025 and 31st August 2025 are eligible to participate in the Spend & Enjoy Flash Deals campaign.
2.4 Plaza Low Yat reserves the right to verify all purchase(s) made by shoppers before granting any redemption item(s).
2.5 Employees of Plaza Low Yat, its tenants, event organizers, and campaign vendors are not eligible to participate.
3. Campaign Period & Schedule
3.1 Lucky draw sessions will be held every alternate hour (e.g., 11AM, 1PM, etc.), until the end of the event day or while stocks last.
3.2 The draw will be conducted at the designated Spend & Enjoy Flash Deals booth at ground floor of Plaza Low Yat, main concourse area.
4. Mechanism & Redemption Process
4.1 Shoppers must queue up at the designated booth at the scheduled time.
4.2 Each eligible participant may draw only one (1) lot per session.
4.3 The item and corresponding purchase price indicated in the lot drawn will be final and non-exchangeable.
4.4 The participant has the right to purchase only the item drawn at the specified price.
4.5 Redemption and payment must be made immediately upon drawing.
4.6 All items are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and subject to stock availability.
5. General Terms
5.1 Each participant may only join once per session.
5.2 The Organiser reserves the right to verify the identity of participants.
5.3 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant found tampering with or abusing the campaign mechanism.
5.4 The Organiser shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by participants during the event.
5.5 Flash deal items are not exchangeable for cash, non-refundable, and cannot be returned or exchanged for other items.
5.6 The Organiser will not be responsible for storage or safekeeping of uncollected items.
5.7 All decisions by the Organiser regarding the Campaign, including but not limited to the draw, item allocation, and pricing, are final and binding.
5.8 By participating, participants agree to the use of their personal details, photos and videos for promotional purposes without prior notice or compensation.
5.9 The Organiser reserves the right to amend or cancel the Campaign and its Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
6. Product Representation Disclaimer
6.1 Products advertised or displayed for the Spend & Enjoy Flash Deal campaign are for illustration purposes only.
6.2 Actual items may vary in terms of design, colour, packaging, and specifications.
6.3 The Organiser and participating vendors make no guarantees that the items drawn will match the promotional visuals exactly.
6.4 No exchanges or refunds will be entertained based on differences in appearance or specifications.
7. Payment and item collection
7.1. Accepted payment methods include QR code payments and bank transfers only.
7.2. Item concerned must be collected on-site upon full payment, unless otherwise arranged with the Organiser.
7.3. All successful transections are final. Items are not exchangeable for cash, non-refundable, and cannot be returned or exchanged for other items.
7.4. The Organiser will not be responsible for storage or safekeeping of uncollected items beyond the Collection Period.
