Terms & Conditions

(A) Prosperity Dip

  1. Event Period: 9 January 2026 to 23 February 2026, organised by LYC Mall Sdn. Bhd. (“Organiser”).
  2. Two (2) tiers of redemption include:
    i. Minimum spending of RM50 to RM99 in a single receipt, will be entitled to 1 dip; or
    ii. Minimum spending of RM100 & above in a single receipt, will be entitled to 2 dips.
  1. Only official receipts from outlets at Plaza Low Yat, Low Yat Park, Federal Arcade, The Federal Kuala Lumpur and Hotel Capitol are accepted.
  2. All redemption must be made on the same day of the date of purchase. Any late redemption will not be entertained. Eligible participants are advised to redeem soonest possible as the Prosperity Dip is on a first come, first served basis in view of the limited number of prizes.
  3. Official receipts along with purchased item(s) must be presented at the Plaza Low Yat information counter located at Ground Floor concourse area.
  4. The Organiser reserves the right to verify all receipts and purchase(s) made by eligible shoppers/participants before allowing them to draw.
  5. The Organiser reserves the right to reject any receipts which Do NOT follow or abide with the terms and conditions here instated without any prior notice.
  6. The Prosperity Dip is capped at a maximum of one (1) participation per person per day.
  7. All prizes are given on “AS IS” basis without warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purposes. All respective warranties (if any) for the items concerned is from the manufacturer.
  1. All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  2. By participating in the Prosperity Dip, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements set out in any related promotional material and all amendments, additions, replacements, modifications, as may be made from time to time by the Organiser (as the case may be).
  3. The Organiser reserves the right to amend and change the Prosperity Dip’s terms at its sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice.
  4. In the event of a dispute,the Organiser’s decision is final and binding.

(B) Ang Pao Redemption

  1. Redemption period: 9 January 2026 to 23 February 2026.
  2. Two (2) tiers of redemption include:
    i. Minimum spending of RM88 to RM187 in a single receipt, will be entitled to 1 packet of Plaza Low Yat Ang Pao; or
    ii. Minimum spending of RM188 & above in a single receipt, will be entitled to 2 packets of Plaza Low Yat Ang Pao.
  3. Only official receipts from outlets at Plaza Low Yat, Low Yat Park, Federal Arcade, The Federal KL and Hotel Capitol are accepted.
  1. All redemption must be made on the same day of the date of purchase. Any late redemption will not be entertained. Eligible shoppers are advised to redeem the said Ang Pao packet(s) soonest possible as the same is given on a first come, first served basis in view of the limited number of Ang Paos.
  2. Official receipts along with purchased item(s) must be presented for redemption at Plaza Low Yat information counter located at Ground Floor concourse area.
  3. The Organiser reserves the right to verify all purchase(s) made by eligible shoppers before giving the Ang Pao(s) to them.
  4. The Organiser reserves the right to reject any receipts which Do NOT follow or abide with the terms and conditions herein stated without any prior notice.
  5. The redemption is capped at a maximum of one (1) redemption per person per day.
  6. Delivery service is not provided. Shoppers are fully responsible for collecting their gifts.
  7. By participating in the redemption, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements set out in any related promotional material and all amendments, additions, replacements, modifications, as may be made from time to time by the Organiser (as the case may be).
  1. The Organiser reserves the right to amend and change the redemption’s terms, mechanics and/or gift item(s) at its sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice.
  2. In the event of a dispute, the Organiser’s decision is final and binding.
