A. Christmas Dip

Terms & Conditions:

1. Event Period: 24 November 2025 to 4 January 2026, organised by LYC Mall Sdn. Bhd. (“Organiser”).

2. Minimum spending of RM 50 in a single receipt is required to be entitled to a Christmas Dip.

3. Only official receipts from outlets at Plaza Low Yat, Low Yat Park, Federal Arcade, The Federal Kuala Lumpur and Hotel Capitol are accepted.

4. All redemption must be made on the same day of the date of purchase. Any late redemption will not be entertained. Eligible participants are advised to redeem soonest possible as the Mystery Dip is on a first come, first served basis in view of the limited number of prizes.

5. Official receipts along with purchased item(s) must be presented at the Plaza Low Yat information counter located at Ground Floor concourse area.

6. The Organiser reserves the right to verify all receipts and purchase(s) made by eligible shoppers/participants before allowing them to draw.

7. The Organiser reserves the right to reject any receipts which Do NOT follow or abide with the terms and conditions here instated without any prior notice.

8. The Christmas Dip is capped at a maximum of one (1) participation per person per day.

9. All prizes are given on “AS IS” basis without warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purposes. All respective warranties (if any) for the items concerned is from the manufacturer.

10. All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

11. Delivery service is not provided. Shoppers are fully responsible for collecting their gifts.

12. Uncollected gifts after the collection period will be forfeited without prior notice.

13. By participating in the Christmas Dip, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements set out in any related promotional material and all amendments, additions, replacements, modifications, as may be made from time to time by the Organiser (as the case may be).

14. The Organiser reserves the right to amend and change the Christmas Dip’s terms at its sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice.

15. In the event of a dispute,the Organiser’s decision is final and binding.

16. Personal Data Protection By participating in the Contest, contestants consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and processing of their personal data by the Organiser for the purposes of administering the Contest, contacting winners, and marketing/publicity purposes, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Contestants may request access to or correction of their personal data by contacting the Organiser.

B. Christmas Redemption (GWP)

Get Plaza Low Yat cash voucher with a minimum spend of RM500 and above or RM2,500 and above! In a maximum of two(2) combined same-day receipts. Maximum of 1 redemption per person per day. *While stock last! Receipts from Plaza Low Yat, Low Yat Park, Federal Arcade, The Federal or Capitol hotel are included. 

Terms & Conditions:

2. Two (2) tiers of redemption include:

i. Minimum spending of RM 500 to RM2,499 in a single or two (2) combined receipts, will be entitled to a RM10 Plaza Low Yat cash voucher; or

ii. Minimum spending of RM2,500 & above in a single or two (2) combined receipts, will be entitled to a RM50 Plaza Low Yat cash voucher.

C. Prismatic Stamp & Win Contest

Terms & Conditions:

1.Eligibility

1.1 The Prismatic Stamp & Win Contest (“Contest”) is organised by LYC Mall Sdn. Bhd. (“Organiser”) and runs from 24 November 2025 to 4 January 2026 (“Contest Period”). 

1.2 The Organiser may extend the Contest Period (“Extended Period”) without prior notice. Unless announced, entries submitted after 10:00pm on 4 January 2026 will be disqualified. 

1.3 The Contest is open to all individuals aged 18 years and above. 

1.4 The following persons are not eligible to participate:
a) Employees (permanent or contract) of the Organiser, its subsidiaries and related companies, including immediate family members.
b) Representatives, agents, and advertising/contest agencies engaged by the Organiser, including their immediate family members. 

2.Contest Mechanism & Submission

2.1 To participate, contestants must complete the following steps: 

Step 1: Spend RM50 and above in a single receipt at Plaza Low Yat or Low Yat Park, Federal Arcade or The Federal KL or Hotel Capitol to redeem a Prismatic Postcard at the Concierge Counter (Ground Floor).
Step 2: Visit the GF Information Counter & Low Yat Park Prismatic Stamping Station to stamp the postcard.
Step 3: Complete the stamps and submit the postcard at Information Counter (GF) for a chance to WIN. 

2.2 Each redeemed postcard equals one (1) contest entry. Multiple entries are allowed based on eligible receipts. A maximum of 1 entry per receipt is allowed.  

2.3 The Organiser reserves the right to reject any entry at its sole discretion. 

3.Prizes

3.1 Prizes for the Contest are: 

• Grand Prize (1 winner): Samsung Z Fold 7 

• First Prize: Red Magic 10s Pro 12 

• Second Prize: JBL Boombox 3

3.2 Each contestant may win one (1) prize only. 

3.3 Winners must collect their prize within two (2) weeks of the winner announcement (“Deadline”). 

3.4 Winners must present a valid NRIC / Passport for verification. 

3.5 Prizes must be collected in person at:

3.6 If a winner is unable to collect personally, they may appoint a representative with: 

• An authorisation letter 

• Photocopy of winner’s NRIC (front & back) 

3.7 All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. 

3.8 The Organiser may substitute prizes with items of similar value without prior notice. 

3.9 The Organiser is not liable for defects, damage, loss, warranty matters, or misuse of prizes. 

3.10 Winners will be announced on Plaza Low Yat’s official social media pages within one (1) month after the Contest Period. 

3.11 Winners will be notified via phone call & email. A winner who fails to respond within one (1) week will have the prize forfeited. 

3.12 The Organiser’s decisions regarding winners and all Contest matters are final. 

4.Other Terms & Conditions

4.1 Contestants and winners participate at their own risk. The Organiser shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident or death arising from participation or prize usage. 

4.2 All transportation, parking fees, accommodation, and personal expenses related to participation or prize collection are borne by participants. 

4.3 The Organiser reserves the right to use contestants’ names, photographs, and details for publicity and promotional purposes without compensation. 

4.4 The Organiser may amend, vary or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. 

4.5 By participating, contestants agree to abide by all Terms & Conditions stated herein.
