Terms & Conditions
LYC Mall Sdn. Bhd. (“Plaza Low Yat”) is responsible for this Plaza Low Yat’s Cashback Bonanza (“Contest”) and Jie Business Sdn Bhd (formally known as OPPO Electronics Sdn. Bhd.) is in collaboration as a “Contest” sponsor. You are eligible to join the Contest only if you agree to and accept the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). By submitting an entry to the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Plaza Low Yat reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, suspend or amend the Contest and/or these Terms and Conditions without any liability to you should there be unforeseeable events which in Plaza Low Yat’s absolute opinion may jeopardize the process of the Contest. Any cancellation, suspension or changes to the Contest and/or these Terms and Conditions will be revised and reflected as an update(s) herein. In the event of any disputes regarding the Contest or the Terms and Conditions of the Contest, Plaza Low Yat shall have an absolute right to make the final decision.
Employees, tenants and tenant staffs of Plaza Low Yat and OPPO, advertising and promotion agencies of Plaza Low Yat and OPPO together with their employees, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each of the aforesaid persons are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
Plaza Low Yat and OPPO reserves the right to disqualify and/or exclude any entries from the Contest, for any reason and for no reason, including without limitation, violation of any portion of these Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the Contest.
Contest Rules
1. The Contest is valid from 1st October 2021 – 31st December 2021.
2. To participate in this Contest, shoppers will have to purchase a minimum purchase of RM50 from any retailer in Plaza Low Yat, and thereafter submit their personal details for verification along with an image of their receipt via online form/application at https://forms.gle/5sBGbKTpQPqT8pY16.
3. Only receipts that are produced by a Point of Sales System (“POS”) are allowed to be submitted for this Contest. Plaza Low Yat reserves the absolute right to reject entries submitted with handwritten receipts.
4. The Contest is open to all Malaysians and Foreigners residing in Malaysia.
5. There is no limit to the number of entries by a shopper, however, each one (1) receipt is eligible for one (1) entry only.
6. Participants must be the legal age of 18 years and above by 1st October 2021. Participants who are under the age of 18 years old shall obtain the consent of their parents or guardians to participate in this Contest.
7. To redeem OPPO limited Merchandize Free Gift and/ or OPPO RM50 Cash Voucher, participants must bring along with their receipt dated within 7days after purchased for verification by OPPO Brand Store’s Sales Representative.
8. Participants are required to meet the Terms and Conditions stated on OPPO RM50 and RM100 Cash Voucher.
9. Plaza Low Yat and OPPO reserves the absolute right to disqualify all entries that do not meet the requirements of the Contest as described in these Terms and Conditions, including entries submitted with invalid or incorrect information.
Prizes & Winners
1. There will be five (10) winners every month, namely one (1) grand prize winner, four (4) consolation prizes and five (5) Live Draw giveaway to be won throughout every month draw, commencing from October 2021 to December 2021.
2. The grand prize winner shall receive Plaza Low Yat Cash Voucher which is equivalent amount to their spend sum based on the submitted “Contest” entry receipt(s). Total winning sum by the grand prize winner is up to a total of RM10,000.00 only or as per total cashback which will be published by Plaza Low Yat on every draw. In the event the spend sum is with decimal values, we shall rounded up to the nearest RM10.00 and,
3. Exclusive gifts prepared by OPPO, including OPPO RENO6 Z Smartphone x 1unit, RENO Backpack x 1unit and OPPO RM300 Cash Voucher. To use the OPPO Cash Voucher, the winner must refer to the T&Cs stated at the back of the Cash Voucher.
4. The four (4) consolation prize winners, each shall receive Plaza Low Yat cash voucher in the sum of RM200.00 and,
5. Exclusive gifts prepared by OPPO, including OPPO Enco Buds x 1unit, RENO Backpack x 1unit and OPPO RM200 Cash Voucher. To use the OPPO Cash Voucher, the winner must refer to the T&Cs stated at the back of the Cash Voucher.
6. Any unused cashback from the previous draw will be brought forward to the upcoming draw. This new cashback limit will be published by Plaza Low Yat once the previous draw is completed.
7. The winners will be selected randomly via livestream on Plaza Low Yat and OPPO’s Facebook page on the 1st week of the subsequent month. E.g., October 2021 draw will be held 1st week of November 2021.
8. The selected winner will then be invited for a Winner’s draw on the Saturday of the same week.
9. The winners should bring along a proof of self NRIC or Passport) and proof of purchase (original receipt) on the prize draw day for verification.
10. Plaza Low Yat personnel will be contacting the selected winners via phone or email once the randomized draw via livestream has concluded. In the event that the said winner
(i) fail to respond to Plaza Low Yat within three (3) days of being notified by Plaza Low Yat of his/her selection;
(ii) refuses to provide his/her name, address and contact information for the purpose of delivering the prize or contact;
(iii) has breached any Terms and Conditions herein; or
(iv) his/her entry is invalid for whatsoever reasons,
his/her prize will be forfeited and Plaza Low Yat shall be entitled to draw for another winner.
11. In the event that any winner is disqualified from the Contest, Plaza Low Yat at its sole discretion may decide on the replacement. In this event, the subsequent selection will be on the same criteria as set out in the Terms and Conditions. Plaza Low Yat and OPPO have the absolute right to repeat this process until it has selected a winner in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
12. Plaza Low Yat and OPPO’s decision for all winners is final.
13. Plaza Low Yat and OPPO has the final decision pertaining to any dispute on selection of winner. Any appeal made by the participates including appeal to check the status of the entries, will not be entertained.
14. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items . Plaza Low Yat and OPPO reserves the right to replace any prizes with any items of similar value without prior notice.
15. Acceptance of any prizes shall constitute an implied consent on the Winner’s part to allow Plaza Low Yat and OPPO to use the Winner’s name, nickname, image, voice, likeness and/or the fact that the Winner won the Prizes for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute a release and discharge of Plaza Low Yat and OPPO by each Winner from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, and/or damages which the Winner may have, whether known or unknown at the present time, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or relating to:
(i) the Contest,
(ii) personal injury and/or property damage, theft or loss suffered by the Winner as a result of the use and/or enjoyment of the prize, and/or
(iii) any tax liabilities in relation to the Contest, prize and/or use or enjoyment of the same.
16. Winners agree to be contacted by Plaza Low Yat or its authorized representatives to participate in public relations events tied to the Contest to generate press coverage of the Contest and the accessories range. This may include, but not be limited to, quotes given for inclusion in press releases and press conferences, interviews, etc.
17. Plaza Low Yat and OPPO reserves the absolute right to withhold the prize pending verification of the Winner’s compliance with the Terms and Conditions of the Contest.
