(A) Plaza Low Yat 25^th Anniversary Tech Fiesta Lucky Draw (“EVENT”) Terms & Conditions:

1. This EVENT is from 24^th to 25^th August 2024 (2 days).
2. To participate in this EVENT, participants shall agree with all the terms and conditions stated herein.
3. This EVENT is open to Malaysia citizens and permanent residents only.
4. In order to participate in this EVENT, participants MUST spend a minimum of RM 300.00 in a single receipt or combined receipts at Plaza Low Yat participating outlet(s) for that particular day (either on 24^th August 2024 OR 25^th August 2024) and register at the “LUCKY DRAW” counter at Ground Floor Concourse Area.
5. Registration for this EVENT must be submitted latest by 10 p.m. on 24^th August 2024 for the relevant purchases made on 24^th August 2024 and latest by 9.00pm on 25^th August 2024 for the relevant purchases made on 25^th August 2024.
6. Participants MUST present proof of purchase of a minimum RM 300.00 producing the aforesaid receipt(s) together with the purchased items.
7. Point of Sales (POS) printed receipts and handwritten receipts are accepted but nonetheless, rubber stamp and seller’s particulars are required for such handwritten receipts.
8. Each participant is entitled to one (1) Entry for every RM 300.00 worth of purchase.
   • For example, RM900.00 worth of purchase by a participant for that particular day in a single or combined receipts, will entitle such participant to Three (3) Entries.
9. Staff of the Organiser and other companies under the Low Yat Group of Companies, the employees of any of the service providers for Plaza Low Yat, tenants of Plaza Low Yat and their respective staff are all not eligible to participate including members of their respective immediate families.
10. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify entries which DO NOT follow or abide to the terms and conditions herein stated without prior notice.
11. The 1^st GRAND PRIZE of this EVENT is a Neta V (EV Car) with an estimated price of RM 99,800.00
12. All prizes are given on “AS IS” basis without warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purposes. All respective warranties (if any) for the items concerned is from the manufacturer.
13. All prizes CANNOT be exchanged for cash, credit or any other items from the Organiser and are not transferable to a nominee.
14. Prizes advertised are for illustration purposes only and may vary from actual items.
15. All prizes and information are correct at the time of printing and is subject to change without any prior notice.
16. The “Draw & Winners’ Announcement” will be held on 25^th August 2024 (Sunday) at Plaza Low Yat’s Concourse Area in respect of both registrations mentioned in Item 5 above.
17. The “PRIZE PRESENTATION CEREMONY” will be held on 28^th August 2024 (Wednesday) at Plaza Low Yat. The top 3 grand prize winners are required to attend the ceremony.
18. The Organiser, Plaza Low Yat Management and its affiliates shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any claims, losses, damages, costs, interests or expenses arising out of this EVENT and the prizes awarded.
19. The Prize Winners shall agree and acknowledge that the prizes awarded do not include any registration, taxes, insurance, telephone charge, personal expenses, gratuities, incidental charges, or any other item or expense not specifically described above (whichever applicable), and all expenses for any of the foregoing are the Winners’ sole responsibility respectively.
20. The Organiser reserves the right to disclose and publish the name and other particulars of the respective Winners (including photographs and illustrations) for marketing and publicity purposes and such Winners by participating in this EVENT consent to the same respectively.
21. By participating in this EVENT, the Prize Winners agree to cooperate with and participate in such relevant publicity activities without any payment and/or any form of compensation.
22. Entry submission for this EVENT will not be returned to the participant and may be used by the Management/Organiser in any media for an unlimited period for any reason/purpose including, but not limited to, future promotional, marketing and/or publicity purposes without further notice or any form of remuneration/compensation to the relevant participant and such participant consents to the same by participating in this EVENT.
23. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to this EVENT shall be final.
24. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, add or delete the terms and conditions hereinstated without prior notice if it deems appropriate to do so.
25. By participating in this Event, the participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions, any rules and any other requirements set out in any related promotional material and/or website concerned and all amendments, additions, replacements, modifications, as may be made from time to time as the Organiser deems appropriate.

(B) Plaza Low Yat 25^th Anniversary Tech Fiesta Redemption & Game Entry Terms & Conditions:

1. Redemption period for Prizes/Vouchers is from 24^th August 2024 to 25^th August 2024 only on a first come, first served and while stocks last basis subject to the terms and conditions herein stated.
2. Redemption must be made on the same day of the date of purchase. Any late redemption will not be entertained.
3. 2 (two) tiers of redemption include:
   • (i)        Minimum purchase of RM 100.00 and above but below RM300.00 at Plaza Low Yat participating F&B outlet(s) in a single receipt or combined receipts, will be entitled to F&B cash voucher; or
   • Minimum purchase of RM 300 at Plaza Low Yat participating outlet(s) in a single receipt or combined receipts, will be entitled to One (1) Merchandise (of the Organiser’s choice) and One (1) game entry at the Ground Floor concourse area.
4. Redemption can be made with a single or combination of receipts for that particular day (either on 24^th August 2024 OR 25^th August 2024) that total up to the aforesaid minimum purchase amount required.
5. Receipt(s) from participating outlets in Plaza Low Yat, bbpark, Federal Arcade (including “A Quiet Place” outlet), The Federal Kuala Lumpur and the Hotel Capitol are accepted.
6. Official receipts along with purchased item(s) must be presented for redemption at the redemption counter located at Ground Floor concourse area.
7. The Organiser reserves the right to verify all purchase(s) made by the respective participants prior to the said redemption.
8. The redemption item(s) cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other item from the Organiser.
9. The Organiser reserves the right to reject any receipts which Do NOT follow or abide with the terms and conditions herein stated without any prior notice.
10. Game entry is capped at a maximum of four (4) entries per person per day for example :
    • Purchase of RM 900.00 and above but below RM 1,200.00 on the same day, will be entitled to three (3) game entries.
    • Purchase of RM1, 200.00 and above on the same day will be entitled to four (4) game entries.
11. By participating in this promotion/event, the participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions, any rules and any other requirements set out in any related promotional material and/or website concerned and all amendments, additions, replacements, modifications, as may be made from time to time as the Organiser deems appropriate.
12. The Organiser also reserves the right to amend, add or delete any of the terms & conditions herein stated at any time at its absolute discretion without prior notice if it deems appropriate to do so.
