Angpao Redemption’s Terms & Conditions:

1. Redemption period: 27 January 2024 to 25 February 2024 only.
2. Redemption item includes Exclusive Plaza Low Yat angpao packets (8 pieces / packet) with a minimum purchase of RM150 and above (Maximum of 3 packets per redemption per person per day).
3. Redemption can be made with a single or combination of receipts that total up to minimum purchase amount required as stipulated above.
4. Official receipt from Plaza Low Yat, bbpark, Federal Arcade, A Quiet Place, The Federal KL and Hotel Capitol are accepted.
5. Redemption must be made on the same day and date of purchase. Any late redemption will not be entertained.
6. All redemption item(s) is on a first come, first served and while stocks last basis.
7. Official receipts along with purchased item(s) must be presented upon redemption at our information counter located at Ground Floor concourse.
8. Plaza Low Yat reserves the right to verify all purchase(s) made by shoppers before granting the redemption item(s) to the shoppers.
9. The redemption item(s) cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other item.
10. Plaza Low Yat reserves the right to reject any receipts which Do NOT follow or abide with the terms and conditions without any prior notice.
11. By participating in the promotion, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these rules and any other requirements set out in any related promotional material and all amendments, additions, replacements, modifications, as may be made from time to time.
12. Plaza Low Yat reserves the right to alter the Terms & Conditions herein at any time at its absolute discretion without prior notice.

Dragon Hunt Photo/Reel Contest’s Terms & Conditions:

1. Contest Period: 27 Jan 2024 till 25 Feb 2024.
2. Entrants must submit their most creative selfies/wefies/reels with Plaza Low Yat’s Dragon Decorations at Ground Floor.
3. Entrants must be a follower of Plaza Low Yat’s Facebook Page and Instagram account.
4. All entries must be submitted via Facebook or Instagram only, tag Plaza Low Yat on Facebook or Instagram, and account must be set to public.
5. Caption must include the hashtag #PLYDragonHunt
6. Winners will be chosen based on creativity of their selfies/wefies/reels and captions.
7. Only one (1) and first entry will be considered as entry in the contest. Any subsequent entries will not be considered.
8. No vulgarity, nudity, obscenity, and violence are allowed.
9. The winners will be announced on 1 March 2024 via social media/email/SMS/WhatsApp and/or phone call.
10. Winners must collect their prizes within 2 Mar 2024 to 1 April 2024.  Should any winner fail to collect their prizes within the stipulated timeframe, the prizes shall be forfeited, and any claimant from the winner or representative will not be entertained.
11. The decision of the Organiser in relation to every aspect of the Contest including but not limited to the Prizes and Winners shall be deemed final, conclusive, and binding.  No complaints or appeals in any or all means will be entertained.
12. Plaza Low Yat reserves the right to amend and change the contest’s terms, winning mechanics and/or Prizes at its sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice.
