Terms & Conditions

Event Period

1. The Event will run from 25th November 2024, 10:00 AM, to 29th December 2024, 11:59 PM “Event Period”).
2. All participating entries received after the Event Period will be disqualified.
3. Participants shall agree to all terms and conditions stated herein to participate in this Event.

Part 1: Participation Without Purchase

1. Participants must scan the QR code beside the interactive Christmas Tree at Concourse, Ground Floor of Plaza Low Yat.
2. The participant shall submit personal details, select a pixel art and sustainability pledge to be displayed on the Christmas Tree, and share it on his/her Facebook account.
3. Limited to one (1) entry per person throughout the Event Period.

Prizes

• Wiko T10 smartphones (limited to 3 units only).
• Redmi 11s 5G smartphones (limited to 3 units only).

Part 2: Participation With Purchase

1. Participants must spend a minimum of RM20 in a single receipt at any of the outlets at Plaza Low Yat to participate. For every RM20 spent, the participant is entitled to one entry.
2. The participant must scan the QR code at the Ground Floor of Plaza Low Yat, submit personal details, and upload receipt(s) from Plaza Low Yat tenant(s) concerned.
3. The participant shall select a pixel art and sustainability pledge to be displayed on the Christmas Tree and share it on his/her Facebook account.
4. Purchases from Brightstar Computer outlet however qualifies the participants for double entries instead for every RM20 spent:
   • For example: RM100 purchase qualifies for 5 entries for purchase at other outlets but qualifies for 10 entries for purchase at Brightstar Computer outlet.
5. Maximum of 750 entries per participant is permitted during the Event Period.
6. Each entry must be supported by the relevant receipt(s). The receipt(s) used for an entry cannot be reused for another entry.
7. Both printed POS and handwritten receipts are accepted. Handwritten receipts must include the Seller’s rubber stamp and particulars.

Prizes

• Sony PlayStation 5 Pro consoles (limited to 3 units only).
• RM250 Plaza Low Yat cash vouchers (limited to 20 numbers only).

Other Terms & Conditions

1. For each valid unique Facebook share, Plaza Low Yat will donate RM1.00 to Zero Waste Malaysia (ZWM).
2. This Contest is open to all citizens and permanent residents of Malaysia above 18 years of age (as at 1 November 2024).
3. Staff of the Organiser and companies under the Low Yat Group and their respective immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
4. Winners will be announced within one month after the Event via Plaza Low Yat’s official Facebook and Instagram pages.
5. The Prizes must be collected in person at the Organiser’s office at Lot 4-008, Level 4, Plaza Low Yat, No.7, Jalan Bintang, Off Jalan Bukit Bintang, Bukit Bintang Central, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, unless advised otherwise, no later than thirty (30) days after the Announcement of the Winners have been made (“Collection Period”). Identification which includes NRIC or passport, which displays the full name and a photograph of the Winner will be required.
6. Any of the Winners may nominate his/her representative to collect his/her prize with authorisation letter and photocopy of the winner’s NRIC or passport (both sides).
7. Prizes are awarded “as is” basis without warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose.
8. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other items, nor transferred to another individual.
9. Unclaimed prizes after the collection period will be forfeited.
10. The Organiser shall not be held liable for any claims, losses, or expenses arising from this Event or prizes.
11. By participating, the Winners consent to the use of their details and images for marketing purposes without additional compensation.
12. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any terms and conditions without prior notice.
13. The Organiser’s decisions are final on all matters related to this Event.
14. Participation implies that participants have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
